Thank you for shopping at Phoenix Mystics! Because we offer a mix of instant digital downloads and physical products, our shipping and delivery processes vary depending on what you order. Please review the timelines below.

Digital Downloads All digital products (such as informational guides, templates, and downloadable media) are delivered electronically.

  • Delivery Time: Instant.

  • How it works: Immediately after checkout, you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your files. No physical item will be shipped to your address for these products.

  • Returns: Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales on downloaded media are final.

Physical Products To bring you a wide variety of items, our physical products are fulfilled through our trusted dropshipping partners.

  • Order Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, printed (if applicable), and packed before it is shipped. Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

  • Estimated Shipping Times: Once processed and handed over to the carrier, standard domestic delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days. Exact delivery times depend on the carrier and your location.

Tracking & Separate Shipments As soon as your physical items ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. Important: If your order contains multiple physical items, they may be fulfilled by different warehouse locations. This means your items may arrive in separate packages and on different days. You will receive a separate tracking number for each package.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Phoenix Mystics is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you made an error, please contact us immediately, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.
